After investigating, WorldAPP’s technical team came up with a conclusion that the application crashing may be due to lack of RAM on the device. Usually, in case the RAM is overloaded by programs that are currently running a device reboot may resolve the issue. However, this may not be the case as it is very device specific.
Please upgrade the offline application to the latest version and in case such issue appears again – restart the device. If this won’t help, after the issue appears please reach back to us with the latest log files from the device. Please note that reinstalling the application will not fix the issue and will remove the logs from the device – thus we would ask you to collect and send them before the application reinstall going further.
